As a Senior Data Analyst at AKQA, you'll deliver best-in-class measurement solutions, analytics, and actionable insights for the benefit of our clients. You'll work closely with digital specialists from a range of strategy, creative, and technology disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Adobe or Google analytics implementations starting with a measurement approach, through to application implementation and ongoing optimization.

  • Provide leadership and direction to more junior team members, while building valued partnerships with all your clients and colleagues.

You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within a creative and technically advanced team, with access to ongoing personal and professional development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in delivering digital analytics solutions, from defining/implementing measurement strategies to extracting actionable insights for guiding user experience optimization.

  • Proven experience of applying agile project management frameworks to deliver digital analytics solutions.

  • Understand the conceptual underpinnings of web analytics platforms, with thorough working knowledge and experience of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ideally a CDP.

  • Familiar with best practices in web tracking and develop and configure tracking to support high-performing website/app implementations.

  • Deploy and monitor A/B and multivariate tests across a variety of platforms such as GA, Adobe Target, and Optimizely.

  • Create reports and dashboards in Google Data/Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
