The Role

RNG Lawyers has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary with at least three years of experience in contested estate litigation and / or general litigation to join our team on a full-time basis. This role can be based at Carlton or Lilydale and a part time role may be considered for the right candidate.

RNG Lawyers has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary with at least three years of experience in contested estate litigation and / or general litigation to join our team on a full-time basis. This role can be based at Carlton or Lilydale and a part time role may be considered for the right candidate.

Working Closely With a Team Of Senior Associate And Associate Lawyers, This Position Supports The Commercial, Litigation And Wills And Estates Team And Involves a Broad Range Of Work In Each Of These Areas Of Law Including

  • direct client engagement
  • diary management
  • typing general correspondence
  • preparing Court documents and legal documents / agreements
  • preparing briefs using eBrief
  • preparing discovery and Court books in litigation matters

To Be Considered For The Role, You Will
  • enjoy working in and being part of a collaborative team
  • have three years experience working as a litigation / contested estate legal secretary
  • have some experience working as a commercial and/or wills and estates legal secretary
  • be a highly organised team member
  • have a positive, pro-active attitude
