Sponsorship Fulfilment Manager

A mid-level, client-facing role for someone passionate about delivering sponsorship excellence and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Sponsorship Fulfilment Manager Qualifications
  • 2+ years in association or PCO agency conference delivery
  • Proven experience managing sponsorship/exhibition fulfilment for association events
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Comfort using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience using eventsair is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—thrives in senior-level interactions
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Creative mindset, curious, and always looking to elevate the ordinary
  • Eager to grow in your event management career and ready for the next challenge
Sponsorship Fulfilment Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of sponsorship/exhibition entitlements end-to-end
  • Support operational and administrative functions, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget
  • Foster client relationships to build repeat business and referrals
  • Uphold service excellence with a customer focus, quality standards, and on-schedule delivery
  • Help refine internal processes through insightful contributions
  • Support teammates, report progress proactively, and stand in as needed
  • Represent the organisation at industry and social events

Essentials

  • Australian residency or valid work visa + passport
  • Tertiary qualification (Events, Marketing, Business, PR, Journalism) or up to 1 year relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours where required
