About us:

AMX is the largest Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer, open 7 days a week with 25+ store locations nationally and online.

We are looking for motivated Casual Online Customer Service Assistants who have a passion for motorcycling to join our Online team at our Lynbrook store.

This casual role requires availability during weekdays. Weekend work may be an option, but not every weekend.

Penalty rates apply on weekends.

Reporting to the Online Coordinator, you will:

  • Contribute to the sales performance of the store;
  • Provide superior, up-to-date information on products, services, and orders to our customers;
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships to ensure AMX Online is their first choice;
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch goods;
  • Ensure consignments are accurate and securely packed;
  • Work efficiently to meet strict timeframes;
  • Complete administrative duties accurately;
  • Maintain warehouse presentation and housekeeping.

All about you:

You should demonstrate multitasking and prioritization skills, with the flexibility to work weekends as required. You will also:

  • Be proactive, driven, and work well within teams with a "customer comes first" attitude;
  • Enjoy liaising with customers and working towards targets;
  • Have a passion for the motorcycle industry;
  • Be available to work over the Christmas/New Year period;
  • Be honest, reliable, and punctual;
  • Be self-motivated and hardworking;
  • Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing workflows to meet deadlines with accuracy;
  • Possess effective communication skills;
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Have sound computer skills with good attention to detail;
  • Have well-developed numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Be available to work 7 days a week.
