Job DescriptionAs a Customer Success Manager at Resonate CX, you will support our clients and drive success by:
- Increasing customer satisfaction through understanding platform usage and identifying gaps
- Driving platform adoption among end users
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
- Collaborating with marketing and implementation teams
- Understanding customer business challenges and how our platform fits
- Upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue
- Managing renewals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service with enterprise clients
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven success in renewals and upselling
- Ability to build strong client and internal relationships
