Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Resonate CX, you will support our clients and drive success by:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction through understanding platform usage and identifying gaps
  • Driving platform adoption among end users
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
  • Collaborating with marketing and implementation teams
  • Understanding customer business challenges and how our platform fits
  • Upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue
  • Managing renewals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service with enterprise clients
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven success in renewals and upselling
  • Ability to build strong client and internal relationships
  • Creative problem-solving skills
