Your Role:

As the Hotel Manager, you'll oversee everything from guest services to financial performance. You'll lead the day-to-day hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk services, all while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team across all hotel departments. Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, performance management, and ensure your team is aligned with the hotel's vision and goals.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure that every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay by maintaining the highest service standards. Address guest feedback, manage complaints, and actively engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Financial & Operational Performance: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, control costs, and work closely with the Revenue and Finance teams to maximize profitability. Utilize financial insights to anticipate business needs and address operational challenges.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the hotel meets all regulatory and safety standards. Maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members, and champion workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Bring the Hotel Indigo brand to life by infusing local culture and personality into every guest experience. Stay active in the community, build relationships with local businesses, and contribute to the hotel's presence in the local market.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in hotel management with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Guest-Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences is essential.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and optimizing revenue streams.
• Problem Solver: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing challenges.
