Warehouse Leading Hand at Leader Earthworks Pty

A key position has become available for a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team at our Nebo Workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a supportive team culture with growth opportunities.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.

This includes:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock takes
  • Scheduling and coordinating workflows to meet production deadlines
  • Providing on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff members
Instructions:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Proven leadership and supervision experience in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality
Description:

This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD, working 7 on/7 off roster. The successful applicant will also be required to participate in FIFO or DIDO arrangements as needed.
