Monster Skatepark is a leading recreational facility located in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. We offer a wide range of skateboarding, scooter, BMX, and action sports programs designed for all skill levels. Our mission is to foster a safe, supportive, and exciting environment where riders can build confidence, learn new skills, and be part of a thriving community.

Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Skateboard Coach to join our team at Monster Skatepark. This role is on-site in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, with a particular focus on coaching during the school holiday program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise skateboarding sessions for kids and young people.
  • Provide tailored instruction and progression support for all skill levels.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Assist with skatepark operations and equipment care.
Qualifications
  • Strong skateboarding skills (advanced techniques & safety knowledge).
  • Previous coaching/teaching experience in sports or recreation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (mandatory).
  • Full Driver's Licence required.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and levels.
  • First Aid Certification (preferred).
  • Availability to work weekends and school holidays.
