POSITION PURPOSE

As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with personal sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will demonstrate and embody the yd. values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity, leading by example.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the brand's cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity.
  • Participate in effective communication with the team and management.
  • Represent the brand professionally and with integrity.
    • Performance
    • Implement our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to create an exceptional experience.
    • Assist in achieving strong sales performance aligned with store goals.
    • Support the Store Manager in product moves to support sales.
    • Maintain store standards in line with VM guidelines.
    • Develop a strong understanding of yd. products, features, and benefits using the product guide.
