Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care and support to patients and the dental team.
- Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign, and related procedures as part of a collaborative group of doctors.
- Support clinical autonomy with HR, Marketing, and Operational support.
- Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations.
- Experience with fee-for-service and PPO guests; proficiency in general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign.
- Commitment to lifelong clinical learning and collaboration with a group of doctors.
- Adherence to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- High income potential with production-based compensation; opportunity for practice ownership
- State-of-the-art equipment and digital practices; access to iTero scanners at select locations
- PPO and Fee-for-Service guests with higher reimbursement rates
- Fully paid in-house CE courses (including Invisalign Certification) and mentorship
