The Opportunity
We are Australia's largest Dental Services Organisation, supporting almost 800 dentists to provide care to over 1 million patients each year.
With a vast geographical footprint across 170 locations, the Bupa Dental Network offers locum dentists the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from state-of-the-art city clinics to regional practices.
We're currently seeking expressions of interest from Dentists keen to practice across multiple clinics in Queensland for short term and long-term assignments.
Locum assignments
- Bupa Dental Kawana (Sunshine Coast) – 4th of December 2025 until 19th of December 2025
- Bupa Dental Ipswich – 14th of October 2025 until 10th of November 2025
- Bupa Dental Maryborough (Near Hervey Bay) – 22nd of December until 12th of January 2026

Our innovative product, Bupa Members Ultimate helps our health insurance customers focus on preventative oral care by reducing or removing in practice costs on check-ups, cleans and fillings. This means that our customers are practice-loyal, with regular bookings scheduled, and as a locum or visiting clinician you'll still have solid patient streams
About YouYou may be looking to grow your capabilities within private practice and expand on your knowledge by working across multiple clinical contexts. You're confident with your current scope to work independently and are comfortable with volume general dentistry.
We're keen to meet with Dentists who are seeking ongoing assignments to practice across a range of Queensland including longer-term stints in regional locations.
We can support you to design a schedule that works for you over the next 3, 6 or 12 months.
