What You'll Be Doing

  1. Precision Machining – Produce critical components to exact tolerances, every time.
  2. Reading the Detail – Interpret engineering drawings with ease and purpose.
  3. Lifting Others – Mentor apprentices, lead by example, and raise the standard.
  4. Own Your Work – Inspect your output like your name is stamped on it (because your reputation is).
  5. Respect the Gear – Maintain your machines and tools like the professional you are.
  6. Team Execution – Work closely with production to hit deadlines without compromising quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A qualified tradesperson with deep CNC experience — lathes and mills.
  2. Strong exposure to Okuma and multi-axis (4 & 5 axis) operations.
  3. Someone who's serious about continuous improvement and automation.
  4. A pro who plays for the team — collaborative, respectful, reliable.
  5. A mindset geared for excellence, not excuses.
