Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting, surgical, and medical case management at a comfortable pace
  • Participating in clinical placements aligned with personal interests, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, RSPCA, and international & charitable placements
  • Engaging with a supportive in-clinic team and Regional Clinical Director throughout the career
  • Networking and collaborating with peers in the Graduate Development Program cohort
  • Attending the annual Greencross Clinical Conference
About You

What you\'ll need:

  • Veterinary degree recognised by the Australasian Veterinary Board Council
  • Desire to learn from industry experts and become a leading veterinary professional
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care and client communication
Training & Development
  • 18-month structured Graduate Development Program with online modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements
  • Dedicated mentorship from experienced in-clinic teams and Regional Clinical Directors
  • Regular check-ins with a graduate coordinator for ongoing support
  • Access to Australia's largest annual veterinary clinical symposium
Career Progression
  • Pathways into leadership, business ownership, memberships, and specialty opportunities upon program completion
