Parkinson Veterinary Surgery is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Veterinarian to guide our dedicated team and uphold the exceptional standards of care our clients have come to expect. About Us

Located in Brisbane's southern suburbs, Parkinson Veterinary Surgery has proudly served the local community for years, building lasting relationships with pet owners and their furry family members. We are a small animal practice equipped with modern facilities and a supportive, close-knit team of professionals who genuinely love what they do.

The Role

As the Lead Veterinarian, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to patients
• Mentoring and supporting a team of vets and nurses
• Contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of the clinic
• Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Encouraging continued learning and professional development
• No afterhours or on call
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in small animal practice
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience (preferred)
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and client communication
  
  

What We Offer

• Competitive salary package ranging between $130,000 – 140,000 per annum plus super
