Overview

Join Eden Academy as an Early Childhood Teacher. Eden Academy Park Ridge is a child-safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we provide a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. Our centre supports up to 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Design engaging programs and foster meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
  • Support school readiness and help children grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
  • Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported
  • Build strong connections with families and the local community
  • Inspire a lifelong love of learning and lay the foundation for future success
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Professional, polished presence and warm approach
  • Natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
  • Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
