The Role

You'll manage and oversee the testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

You'll bridge the gap between the testing team, project managers, and other stakeholders by coordinating efforts, defining strategies, and ensuring that testing aligns with project goals. You'll participate in all testing activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects, focusing on quality assurance, defect management, and risk mitigation.

The role also extends to delivering relevant documentation that captures the needs and requirements of specific functionality and projects.

Who are we?

What will you do?
  • Define the overall testing strategy, objectives, test effort estimation and scope for the project.
  • Create detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for testing activities.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the testing team to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities within the testing team.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide technical or operational support to team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Seek opportunities to expand the automation suite and advocate for automation testing wherever it is practical and beneficial.
  • Ensure optimal use of testing tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, AccelQ).
  • Ensure test cases and scenarios are comprehensive, well-documented, and aligned with requirements.
  • Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests.
  • Monitor defect identification, reporting, and resolution processes.
  • Manage test environments and test data.
What do you need?
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with test management and defect management tools and processes.
  • Experience with testing cloud-based applications and digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce apps implementation and enhancement.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
