Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a leading role in the design and delivery of major works to support the transformation of the electricity sector. The successful candidate will be involved in the front-end engineering phases of several assets and have the chance to be part of a successful, personable engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with team members, customers, contractors, authorities, and external stakeholders to understand project challenges.
  2. Pursue innovative ideas and concepts to enhance project value for customers.
  3. Develop engineering standards, typical design, and modeling capabilities to improve problem-solving efficiency.
  4. Provide creative, robust, and competent technical solutions to support project developments from early concept phases through to FID.
  5. Prioritize personal health and safety and that of others by implementing HSE requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Professional qualifications in Electrical or Renewable Engineering are essential.
  2. Degree in Electrical Engineer/Electronics Engineering.
  3. Experience within the power generation industry, particularly in the design and construction of power stations, is desirable.
Benefits:
  1. Salary up to $180,000 including superannuation.
  2. Bonus scheme up to 10%.
  3. Hybrid working arrangement: work from home two days a week.
