Receptionist / Administration assistant

A full time Receptionist/Admin Assistant is required by our Unanderra based public transport company.
The successful applicant would be responsible for all aspects of the reception role as well as providing administrative support to Management, Operations and all other departments. As the first point of contact, customer service and a friendly attitude are essential.
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate typing and data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Effective workload time management skills
- Pleasant phone manner and positive attitude
- Knowledge of the local Illawarra area
- Ability to use computer mapping
- Great workplace environment

- General administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer queries via telephone and email
- Providing administration support/miscellaneous office tasks
- General filing, reception, customer service duties
- Team meeting minutes
- Work as part of a team
This position requires the successful applicant to work between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays.
