Join our expert team to help shape sustainable, technically-sound solutions for complex geotechnical challenges across Australia.

The Opportunity

Is this role right for you?
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with or working towards a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering) and eligibility for chartership
  • 3-4 years experience in geotechnical design and construction, with sound knowledge of the Sydney ground conditions
  • Proven ability to deliver geotechnical solutions using industry-standard software and engineering judgement
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Motivation to lead, support others, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
