Vacancy for Digital Asset Management System Coordinator at National Museum of Australia

The National Museum of Australia is seeking a skilled professional to join its Collection Data and Digitisation business unit as a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the day-to-day use of the DAMS, working hands-on with digital assets and data.
- Train and support users of the DAMS.
- Integrate the use of the DAMS across the Museum's systems and programs.
- Collaborate with the Collection Systems team to develop, manage, and promote systems, processes, and standards for collection information and digital assets.
Working closely with the Collection Systems Coordinator and Support Officer, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the DAMS and supporting the Museum's strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the preservation and dissemination of the Museum's collections.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

About the Collection Data and Digitisation Business Unit
