About the opportunity

Commencing in February 2026, as our Technology Graduate, you'll complete four three-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.

This role is ideal for a confident, well-rounded communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a broad interest in technology and AI. As part of RACV's Technology division, you'll gain exposure to both legacy and cutting-edge systems across a diverse portfolio, contributing to meaningful projects that support over 400 applications, 6,000 devices, and nearly 40 sites, all while helping deliver exceptional member and customer experiences. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:

Cyber Security

Digital Technology

Application Delivery

Testing & Quality

Strategy & Architecture

You'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more

What you'll need to be successful:

At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or IT, Cyber, Business Information Systems and/or a relevant discipline

Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years

Interest and aptitude in AI technology (chiefly software development practices, cyber security, common technology principles across design, development and support)

Eagerness to learn and grow with the business

Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous

  • Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations

If successful, next steps will be the completion of several online assessments consisting of: a 20 minute AI online chat interview, psychometric testing and a video interview.

Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
