Support Residents in Exercise Sessions at HammondCare Caulfield Village
We are seeking a volunteer to assist residents with participating in in-house exercise sessions led by the resident physiotherapist. The village specialises in residential care for people living with dementia.
Your Role- Encourage residents to participate in exercises during physiotherapy visits.
- Provide support and confidence during these visits.
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience for both the person you visit and yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.

FundamentalsWe appreciate your commitment to helping others. To ensure a positive experience, please consider the following:
- Able to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits on a Tuesday (ideally).
- 18 years or older.
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
