Senior Full Stack Engineer (Golang & React)

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Staff System Engineer to support a large-scale modernization initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical software infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance systems.

You'll play a key role in building cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and tools, with a balanced focus across GoLang and React development.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang
  • Build user-facing applications using React and TypeScript
  • Create and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Work with cloud services and infrastructure, particularly AWS
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control standards
  • Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years preferred
  • Proven expertise in GoLang and commercial React/TypeScript development
  • Strong understanding of AWS, SQL, system design, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Exposure to C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, shell scripting, or Azure
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
Soft Skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for optimizing engineering processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment
