    Job Description
    • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
    • Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
    • Develop and implement safety and emergency preparedness plans.
    • Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities and security operations.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all facilities and security activities.
    • Provide support to other departments for facility-related needs.
    • Identify and address potential risks to ensure a secure working environment.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Facilities And Security Manager Should Have
    • Proven experience in facilities management
    • Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A qualification or certification in facilities management or a related field is advantageous
