Are you a proactive, people-focused individual looking to make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Head of Property & Fleet on a permanent full-time basis.

Your Role in Action

Provide exceptional support to the Head of Property and Fleet and Senior Leaders within the Property & Fleet Function with a range of activities including:

  • Provision of general administrative support
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments and meetings
  • Organise travel arrangements for the Head of Property & Fleet and wider team
  • Document creation and management in established systems
  • Purchase of stationery, goods, and equipment
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of senior managers
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with communication across the Function

  • Demonstrated and extensive general administration experience
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of office management
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of administrative functions and office practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
