The Role:

Lead, coach & develop managers and clinicians across the state

Oversee budgets, forecasting & strategic goal achievement

Ensure quality standards & outstanding client outcomes

Build strong stakeholder relationships

Drive growth and contribute to organisational strategy

About You:

Proven leadership experience in the Allied Health sector

Commercially savvy with strong strategic thinking skills

Tertiary qualification in Allied Health + registration with AHPRA, SPA, ESSA or AASW

Current driver's licence & own vehicle
