We've delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We're building our double cab pickup, the Quartermaster.

As Head of Sales - APAC Region, you will work closely alongside the Regional Director and the global sales team. You will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and delivering the sales operation strategy in the APAC Region.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Define, develop, and implement sales & distribution strategies for the APAC region to achieve overall business objectives and financial targets, including building a predictable business foundation from development to delivery.
- Plan and forecast sales to support regional requirements.
- Contribute to vehicle logistics concepts and manage third-party providers.
- Manage retail finance programs, including strategy definition and third-party finance provider selection.
- Develop, implement, and manage fleet strategy in conjunction with HQ teams.
- Create KPIs and targets to measure the effectiveness of distribution channels, utilizing market intelligence and data analysis.
- Lead the APAC sales team.
What we are looking for:
- 15+ years' experience in senior automotive sales and marketing roles, with expertise in sales planning, forecasting, sales process development, and vehicle logistics, along with a creative approach to bringing vehicles to market.
- Experience in wider commercial functions such as marketing, after-sales, branding, and communications, with strong commercial acumen and management skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems, challenges, and constraints, with a close working relationship with production and supply chain management.
- Commitment to excellence and a passion for the industry.
- Ability to work in a start-up environment with a positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills, capable of prioritizing multiple objectives while meeting deadlines and financial targets.
- Values aligning with INEOS and Grenadier brand values, with the ability to inspire the team.
