Overview

We are EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. OPSM seeks a passionate Casual Retail Assistant to join the team in Marion, SA. You will be involved in the customer journey from initial consult and pre-testing to tailoring High-Fashion frames from luxury brands to suit the customer's lifestyle.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers and deliver high-quality service from initial consult through post-sale follow-up.
  • Assist with selecting and fitting eyewear, including customization of frames.
  • Support sales through product knowledge of luxury brands and lenses.
  • Coordinate with in-store mentors and participate in training programs.
  • Participate in local and global volunteering opportunities with OneSight.
