We're on the hunt for a driven and hands-on Assistant Store Manager, ready to lead a our team in our recently refreshed, high-performing rebel store, nestled in a sunny bayside homemaker centre. If you're a people-first leader with a passion for driving sales, delivering standout customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a hands-on team and support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Manage scheduling (Working Tuesday to Saturday) to balance business needs with personal commitments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Management / leadership experience
  • The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security
