What will a typical week look like?

Under the mentorship of our Senior Advisors, this role is designed to set an Associate on a pathway to becoming accomplished Adviser or Specialist Advisor. You will be thepoint of contact formanyclient queries andwill begiven the opportunity to takeonmore independence and autonomy with your own client baseas you develop and grow in the role. An overview of your day-to-day responsibilities follows:

• Proactively communicate with clients and determine how Findex can best meet their needs
• Assist your Advisers/Partners in providing strategic financial planning and risk insurance advice including, estate planning, superannuation and risk insurance
• Preparepre-appointment workand participate in client meetings with Advisers/Partners
• Ensure advice documents are compliant, in line with industry legislation, regulation, and Findex policies and procedures
• Coordinate production of Advice documentation and support to prepare SOAs

You will be mentoredand supportedbyourteam ofexperienced andhighly respected Advisers and Partners and will be provided with the tools to succeed, including development programs, further education, and exciting career progression opportunities.

OK, let's talk about you. You will ideally have the following:

• FASEA approved degree
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role in Financial Planning & Risk Insurance (Business Risk Insurance advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
• The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
