Why this role? This role combines a passion for technology with strategic problem solving. As an Associate Consultant, you'll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers' business strategies. You'll bring the low-code platform to life, from initial processes to scalable enterprise solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leverage experience in process improvement disciplines such as business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration
  • Construct, implement, and deploy process-centric solutions based on Appian software
  • Analyse a client's business strategy and processes to develop technical solutions that support their objectives
  • Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyse requirements
  • Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and rollout plans
To Be Successful In This Role
  • Understand at least one coding language and provide examples of applying that learning
  • Strong academic performance
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Foundational love for technology
  • Preferred experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud technologies
Basic Qualifications
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent
