Overview

Technical Support Lead role with United for Care based in Sydney, NSW, AU. This is a Part-Time internship opportunity. You will support technical operations across programs such as CARED, United for Care, and Vertika, gaining experience in IT management while collaborating with a team that values innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing technical requirements across CARED, United for Care, and Vertika
  • Handling licensing tasks, including procurement, renewals, compliance checks, and vendor coordination
  • Overseeing telecommunications management, including monitoring network connectivity and coordinating with service providers
Skills and Qualifications
  • IT fundamentals: basic hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and telecommunications
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive \'fix-it\' mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities; ability to work independently or in a team
  • Licensing and compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; basic diagnostic tools; experience with telco systems or break/fix support is advantageous but not required
