
Technical Support Lead

Technical Support Lead role with United for Care based in Sydney, NSW, AU. This is a Part-Time internship opportunity. You will support technical operations across programs such as CARED, United for Care, and Vertika, gaining experience in IT management while collaborating with a team that values innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Managing technical requirements across CARED, United for Care, and Vertika
- Handling licensing tasks, including procurement, renewals, compliance checks, and vendor coordination
- Overseeing telecommunications management, including monitoring network connectivity and coordinating with service providers
- IT fundamentals: basic hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and telecommunications
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive \'fix-it\' mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities; ability to work independently or in a team
- Licensing and compliance knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; basic diagnostic tools; experience with telco systems or break/fix support is advantageous but not required
