Our South Western Sydney team is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners with current suitability at the Core level, as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

  • Developing and delivering evidence-based support strategies within complex support environments.
  • Creating meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, aiming to eliminate restrictive practices in home and community settings.
  • Ensuring support plans align with participants' goals, passions, and strengths to enhance their quality of life.
  • Building capacity and strengths of family, carers, and support networks.
  • Acting as an advocate and role model for best practices.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Current suitability at the Core level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • Degree qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Experience in report writing.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, motivated by improvement and innovation.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Ideal candidates are solution-focused, well-organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
