Overview

Desky is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based at our Brisbane office after an initial training period. For the first 2-3 months, you will be required to work from our Darra facility for a comprehensive and hands-on training program to gain a deep understanding of our products, systems, and commitment to customer service excellence before transitioning to the Brisbane office.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our products, orders, and services.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, and technical queries with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining detailed and confidential records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
