Job Title: AU-Manager
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will lead and empower your team members to achieve performance and developmental goals. You will assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in achieving business objectives and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modelling best practices, and ensuring business priorities are met.
- Address customer and team member concerns, and partner with leadership when necessary.
- Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies.
- Maintain company policies and procedures, and protect confidential information.
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
- Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
- Exceeding goals successfully, persisting through obstacles, and establishing mechanisms for teamwork.
- Communicating effectively with different audiences, making timely decisions, and operating with integrity.
- Developing others through mentorship, coaching, and feedback, while resolving conflicts in productive ways.
