About the Role:

The Centre Manager at G8 Education Limited is seeking a qualified Educator to assist with administrative duties and support the team. In this part-time position, you will work at least 30 hours per week, with negotiable hours.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing parents' accounts, handling payments, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized office/reception area, as well as create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment for children.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage parents' accounts and handle payments from debt recovery to BPay, Centrepay, and Ezidebit.
  • Assist with sending attendances to CCMS each week and ensure all messages from CCMS are retrieved.
  • Oversee the parent sign-in sheet process and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Entry of team member timesheets and staff pay details.
  • Banking and banking reports to be completed according to company procedure.
  • Handle enquiries in the office, follow up on enrolment inquiries, and manage the waiting list to increase occupancy or maintain full capacity.
  • Create notices and newsletters and distribute as required.
  • Place monthly orders online within allowable centre budgets advised by the Centre Director.
  • Open mail and distribute it to the relevant personnel.
  • Update parent information to ensure it remains current and accurate.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of office folders and files.
  • Ensure the office/reception area is kept clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
