Overview

As a Catering Delivery Team Member at Inflight Services Australia, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality inflight meals and supplies to aircraft at Cairns Airport. This hands-on position involves driving specialised vehicles (MR/HR licence highly regarded but not essential - training offered for the right candidate), loading and unloading catering equipment, and working within strict food safety and security standards. You'll be part of a supportive team, contributing to smooth airline operations and exceptional service delivery. This is an active, full-time role with opportunities for career growth in aviation catering logistics.

What You'll Do
  • Safely deliver inflight catering to aircraft on the tarmac using specialised vehicles (training provided)
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP-certified environment)
  • Work closely with a supportive team to meet tight airline schedules
  • Handle manual tasks, including loading/unloading catering supplies and equipment
  • Represent Inflight Services Australia with professionalism at all times

  • Physically fit, reliable, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or aviation/catering is a plus
  • MR or HR driver's licence highly regarded, but not essential (training for the right candidate)
  • Ability to pass security checks for airside access
