Site Manager

This role will have you will be delivering Class 2, luxury apartment builds that are sustainable and contemporary with values ranging from $30 to $200 million.
- Builder developer with projects already secured for years to come.
- Location: Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
- Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 + Super which is dependent of experience and value you can bring.
In this role you be working alongside the Project Manager, where you will have full autonomy over the construction program and driving your internal teams' standards. Our client has in house trade teams, taking the stress of subcontractors out of the equation aiding with more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering Class 2, multi story apartments with a basement projects in a head contractor environment. Ideally exposure to project above $20 million would help with in being success in this role.

Our client is a Builder Developer with a vision to build architecturally elegant and sustainability projects across Sydney. They are located in the eastern suburbs of city where they have a strong active and future pipeline of luxury apartment projects and are looking for a Site Manager that can execute their visions.
