We're looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team and help us keep our products performing at their very best.

Reporting to the Quality & Improvement Manager, this role is all about ensuring our processes meet high standards, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making sure our customers receive products they can trust.

You'll be hands-on with testing, documentation, and continuous improvement — and you'll have a big impact on how GALE Pacific delivers quality & continuous improvement every day.

The role
  • Conducting product testing (tensile, UV, etc.) to validate product performance
  • Keeping accurate records to track inspection results and demonstrate compliance
  • Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
  • Supporting compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and raising non-conformities as required
  • Assisting with internal and external audits, providing clear process and QMS documentation
  • Partnering with production teams to drive process improvements and solve problems quickly
  • Helping develop SOPs, training materials, and quality programs
  • Supporting CAPA investigations for suppliers, customers, and quarantined product
The successful candidate should have
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (manufacturing preferred)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and QA/QC principles
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical testing equipment and calibration would be beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in quality tools (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
