About the Opportunity

Our client however, presents a new and exciting legal services offering by way of its flexible approach, philosophy and entrepreneurial flair.

Now in Australia and reaching out into the Asia Pacific region, the firm espouses the full range of legal services that its clients find both refreshing and astute.

All of the firm\'s staff are motivated to build great client relationships, promote business growth and contribute to the overall success of the firm\'s legal teams.

Their new and innovative approach to law is resulting in significant growth throughout Australia and they are now seeking additional Senior lawyers to be part of their national footprint with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth; with opportunities to work from home in other regions also.

Ideally:

You will be a Senior lawyer with a transportable practice who is feeling constrained by the limits imposed in your current firm;

You will have the drive and determination to be exceptionally successful in your chosen field;

You will have a portable client base and if only a small one, be wanting to grow this further;

You will have the confidence to run a practice and drive decisions as your own, knowing that you are fully supported by the firm\'s management and back end teams; &

You already know the world\'s your oyster, you just need the support.

Once on-board you will have full control and autonomy over your work, you will report to yourself without any management intervention and you will bank 70% of your portable practice billings, and will also receive a percentage of fees you refer to any other lawyer within the firm (over 20% historically is referred work within the firm).

An opportunity without precedence, with no defined limits on your earnings nor any limits on the way you grow and manage your own practice with full autonomy.
