Senior Frontend Engineer - Help Content and Findability

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or Adelaide. This role is open to remote work across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that requires you to build efficient and reusable frontend components for the Help Center and help articles. You will work closely with stakeholders and product designers to create a world-class self-help and learning experience.

  • Design and implement frontend components for the Help Center and help articles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product designers to create a seamless user experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring performance, efficiency, and scalability
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of solving complex problems as a frontend engineer
  • The ability to write performant, efficient code with appropriate testing
  • Experience working collaboratively, communicating effectively, and taking ownership of projects
  • A strong ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
