And we're looking for a conceptual copywriter with 1-2 years experience, to craft insightful and innovative campaigns for our clients.

You'll be required to shift seamlessly between concepting, brand articulation, social content, ad scripts and long-form copy… pretty much everything that needs writing. Working alongside a growing team of creatives, you'll be helping our clients gain a competitive advantage across multiple channels, ensuring that we only deliver content that is strategic, effective, and on-brand.

Day to day you'll:

  • Work closely with the Creative Heads to generate creative concepts from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Aspire to deliver big ideas with enthusiasm and a collaborative 'can do' attitude.
  • Work as part of the team to create big, impactful ideas that span every element including ATL, BTL, Digital and Social Media.
  • Deliver crafted words for all formats that ultimately sell
  • Produce and communicate a consistent stream of fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Deliver well-crafted copy that's both on brief and on brand.
  • Act as the tone of voice guardian for all our clients and maintain the ridiculously high standards you set yourself
  • Use your initiative to information to develop messaging – asking relevant questions and carrying out your own research where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain the skills and knowledge needed to write effectively across platforms and media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, including a working knowledge of SEO).
  • Be a strong voice in strategy sessions internally and with clients
  • Present with passion to sell ideas into colleagues and clients

We are looking for someone with:
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and co-ordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • High level of diplomacy and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both with clients and within the agency.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task proficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication and co-ordination skills.
  • A purposeful and energetic approach to your work at all times that makes you an important part of the team.
  • Strong presentation skills on paper and in person
  • A sense of humour, a willingness to roll up your sleeves while leaving your ego at the door.
  • 1-2 years of agency or related business experience.
  • Experience of brand and integrated marketing communications projects
  • Conceptual and art direction skills.
  • Able to articulate rounded creative ideas.
  • Skilled creative thinker with an understanding of all aspects of execution
