Overview

Senior Associate - Employment Relations and Safety at McCullough Robertson. The Employment Relations and Safety practice is experiencing national growth, and the firm advises private and public sector clients on complex litigation and advisory matters within workplace and industrial relations.

Responsibilities
  • Advise across the full spectrum of the workplace and industrial relations lifecycle, with a particular focus on litigation and complex strategic advice.
  • Work on front-end and back-end employment and WHS matters, delivering practical solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members to support client matters and the development of the practice.
Qualifications
  • Senior Associate level with experience across employment and WHS matters; strong technical excellence; excellent written and verbal communication; commercial acumen; ability to deliver practical solutions; confident relationship-building; and a demonstrated passion for developing your career in employment relations and safety.
