Our Purpose
Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, Psychology OR Social Work
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.
  • A commitment to being the best - we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do
  • Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills
The Role:
  • Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and "upskiller" – making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
  • You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant
  • Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and execution
  • You can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
  • Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
  • You are an energiser – we only hire people who love what they do and show it every day. This doesn't mean you need to have a huge personality – but that dedication and joy in what you do needs to be apparent
