The Role

Store Manager You will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for our customers and your team and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader at Hype DC, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture, maximise sales growth, and accelerate your personal career growth in a leadership role.

The role & responsibilities
  • Build and lead a WORLD CLASS team and create a MAGICAL VIBE within the store
  • Drive financial sales goals and store metrics for a multimillion-dollar store
  • Deliver the brand vision and strategy
  • Put the customer at the center of decisions to provide MEMORABLE experiences
  • Foster a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
  • Recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience, including preparation of online orders
  • Maintain best-in-class store appearance through Visual Merchandising
  • Ensure stores are fun and safe places for customers and team
To be successful in this role, you will
  • Be a team player pursuing excellence across Sales, Operations, and Loss Prevention
  • Deliver best-in-class memorable moments to customers 100% of the time
  • Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and elevate a large team of brand ambassadors
  • Have 2+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a motivated and driven "Make it Happen" attitude
