Senior Solution Architect
An experienced Senior Solution Architect is needed to play a critical role in an upcoming CRM Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and define the overall architecture for IT solutions within the program, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  2. Provide leadership, ownership, and technical expertise in solution architecture. Support, mentor, and lead other solution architects as needed.
  3. Own the solution design throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation, design, build, testing, to implementation.
  4. Lead technical discussions and provide technical leadership to ensure proper solution implementation.
  5. Engage with stakeholders across IT and business units to conduct workshops and deliver solution designs.
  6. Ensure architecture is implemented according to design, managing changes with stakeholder approval.
  7. Communicate solution designs to project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, testers, and analysts.
  8. Document end-to-end solution architecture across application, information, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
  9. Present solutions to the Architecture Review Board for approval.
  10. Collaborate with Enterprise architects to align with domain architectures.
  11. Own and drive design artifacts (HLD/DLD) from requirements to project completion.
  12. Promote continuous improvement and maturity within the solution architecture practice.

Essential Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years in a solution architect role or equivalent.
  3. Experience delivering comprehensive end-to-end solution designs.
  4. Experience managing medium to large programs/projects.
  5. Proficiency in creating solution architectures covering functional, application, data, security, infrastructure, and integration aspects.
  6. Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  7. Salesforce CRM solution architect certification.
  8. Knowledge of Salesforce, Guidewire, Mulesoft, and AWS services.
