About the Role

As a Sales Consultant in our Lead Generation Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and represent our company. Your enthusiasm for outbound sales will be vital, making over 50 calls daily to our database and campaign sources, establishing relationships, and generating new inquiries for our Asset Brokers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to generate finance inquiries
  • Building relationships with customers and Asset Brokers
  • Handover of customer information to internal brokers
  • Utilizing CRM and tracking activities via Excel
  • Meeting KPIs related to sales, call volume, inquiries, and customer satisfaction

Requirements to Succeed

  • Excellent phone communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and earning bonuses
  • KPI-oriented with a focus on customer experience and sales
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in finance, asset, or automotive sales is a plus but not essential
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia and ability to pass pre-employment checks
