The Role

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our Crystalbrook Vincent team in Brisbane. We welcome applicants with a love for all things Food & Beverage.

  • Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte service
  • Food and Drink Servers - morning breakfast service or all services
  • Barista - early morning coffee creator

We offer shifts ranging from early mornings for breakfast to late-night cocktails in our vibrant venues. Our award-winning venues thrive on personality and gastronomic delights for every taste.

If applying for a barista role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency
  • Engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
  • Staying knowledgeable about our menu and coffee blends
  • Collaborating with team members for a seamless guest experience

About You

The roles report to Food and Beverage Managers and work with a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional culinary experiences. We seek enthusiastic, professional, and engaging food and beverage team members.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Recent experience in high-end food and beverage service
  • A current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Availability across a 7-day roster, including AM and PM shifts
  • A high standard of service with a high-energy personality
  • An engaging, confident, guest-centric character with a drive to create memorable experiences
