The roleIn this dynamic role, you\'ll build and manage deep client relationships across both technology and consulting sectors, with the unique opportunity to sell a blend of recruitment services and professional consulting solutions. Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth while also benefiting from personalised coaching and development through an embedded executive performance coach. You'll take the lead in developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and strong relationship building, while also managing the full lifecycle of contract recruitment—ensuring exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates. As part of a growing team, you'll have a direct hand in shaping the future of our Melbourne practice. We are specifically seeking a recruiter with experience placing contractors and an existing network within the Melbourne technology market. You will work directly with hands-on founders, benefit from an executive performance coach embedded in the business, and operate in a collaborative, supportive team environment where we genuinely take pride in what we do.

Minimum Expectations- Proven experience in contract recruitment — technology, transformation, or professional services highly regarded.
- A proven track record building contractor book network within Melbourne is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to engage and influence at senior stakeholder levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-focused approach.
- Driven by both personal development and team success.
- Exposure to consulting, technology, or professional services will be highly valued.
