Description

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary maintenance team to deliver high equipment reliability.
  • Develop and implement proactive asset care strategies tailored to site operations.
  • Ensure critical spare parts are available and managed efficiently.
  • Oversee safe execution of maintenance activities, with a strong focus on safety culture.
  • Plan and manage maintenance shutdowns for optimal resource and time use.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven asset performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors to maintain 24/7 operational coverage across the site.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and align spending with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new equipment into existing systems.
  • Support capital projects with a focus on long-term asset performance and cost efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence across the team.

Profile

You're an experienced engineering leader with over 10+ years in asset-heavy industries. Skilled in reliability, safety, and team leadership, you thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing settings.
